Almost 100% Ladakh

The Land of High Mountain And Passes

Ladakh, the word, literally means The Land of High Mountain Passes! A cold desert in the northernmost part of India, the average altitude in Ladakh is 3000 metres above sea level (9800 ft). Its beauty lies in its stark landscape, its culture and it’s natural wonders.

This trip is a signature offering from our company where Ritu, our founder, will accompany the group.

IDEAL FOR SOLO AND SUPERSIZED TRAVELLER

The Itinerary
This trip has been designed and planned to cover almost all of what there is to see in Ladakh – including Kargil, high altitude lakes, monasteries, last village Turtuk and more. Detailed itinerary is shared after confirmation.
There is a lot of road travel that is inevitable when traversing a terrain like Ladakh. Distances and travel time are therefore mentioned in the itinerary.
Trip Leader
Ritu, our founder, will accompany as Trip Leader.
As a Trip Leader, Ritu has proven credentials and brings a lot of energy to the group. Her insights into the region are based on her own explorations and will add immense value to those who want to not just tick this destination off their bucket list, but also want to understand everything about it.
The Group
The travellers who join this trip will be like minded individuals who want to explore the region and also make new friends along the way!
Hotels
The plan includes stay in a 5 star hotel in Leh, with all amenities. However, in smaller destinations like Tsomoriri, Lamayuru, Kargil guests will stay in the best hotels available. At Hunder in Nubra valley, the hotel is one of the finest 4 stars, and at Pangong lake, guests will experience glamping (glamorous camping).
Cars
All travel will be in Innova cars and we will seat up to 4 guests in one car. The car will be equipped with O2 cylinders to be used in case of emergency.
All Inclusive Cost
If you go through the inclusions, you’ll realise that barring ‘lunches’ that are generally had on the go, everything is included in the costs quoted. A heritage walk in old Leh city and a cultural programme in a Brokpa village are also included.
What has been Left Out
The only place that has been left out is Hanle village which is a great site for birders and naturalists. But apart from a monastery, there isn’t much to see or do in the village.
Altitude Sickness (Acute Mountain Sickness)
When landing at Leh airport, you will be landing at 3500 meters above sea level (11,500 ft), which can cause breathing trouble, with headaches, nose bleeds, stomach upsets etc. During the trip you will be staying at altitudes as high as 4500 metres (14,700 ft). Acclimatising is very essential and ideally, the first day must be spent resting in the room.
Should you get altitude sickness or AMS, you will have no further recourse but to abort the trip.

We’ve Got Love !!!

“My family and my self want to thank you for having organized this fabulous holiday. We really enjoyed the 10 days in Ladakh and it was very active vacation as we like. Stanzin our guide and Phunstock the driver were absolutely amazing and we spent great time all together. The stay at Aryan village /Gharkun was great and the owner was just fantastic 👍🏾 he took us around the village and entertain us greatly. Zhe ABDUZ hotel was convenient and we like the stay. As well as the stay in Diskit hymala a desert resort tent was nice. Pangong lake visit was beautiful. thus the tent was very very basic and we had a tough night suffering heavy headache and very cold weather and without hot water. Overall we liked the stay and are back home in Pune since yesterday. We need also to acclimate again and too much oxygen here around  😁😁
